"Beautiful apartments, close to the beach. But good luck getting a hold of anyone. I had "over due rent" sent to collections because I never could get a hold of them to give my 30 day notice. They were unavailable for a walk out because again I couldn't get a hold of them. Tried calling, stopping by for months after I found out I had a collections against me.... guess what, still cant get a hold of anyone. The apartments are great, but stay away from this company."
"Living by the beach is not worth the hassle of dealing with this company, especially if you are in the military. I had to break my lease due to military orders and this company continued to charge me, and made life hell for the initial stages of my deployment. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, hesitant to help with any issue you may have, and extremely slow to correct the issue (if they correct it at all)."
