"I lived at Arbors for 5 years and it was definitely one of the best places I have ever lived. Being a half mile from the center of Carlsbad Village, about a mile from the beach, and with easy access to the interstate, it was an ideal location for me. The apartment manager Amber is totally awesome. She lives onsite, so she is invested in making sure that it is a great place to live. She is easy to talk to, very responsive, well organized, and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The maintenance staff is friendly, clean and professional, and were always quick to respond anytime I needed them. But more than that, you can tell that they take pride in the property. During the time I lived there, they routinely and proactively re-invested through property improvements, and held community events like Halloween door decorating contests and a Spring Cleaning event with free pickup of oversized, e-waste, and even Goodwill items. I highly recommend Arbors to anyone looking for a new home near the Village."

Amber goes out of her way to ensure that everyone’s needs are met promptly and that everyone fees welcome. She advocates for tenants and makes the complex really feel like a community. The property manager, Amber, plans events for the tenants, sends monthly news letters, and is always helpful. I love the landscape and use the community grill frequently. Alex, the maintenance man, responds very quickly and will always fix any request!"

"We really loved this place and we miss it! Amber was so super sweet and ensured any issue we had was resolved. It's a nice little complex and so close to the village. The gym is tiny, but being so close to the beach...hello!....you can walk there and enjoy the scenery! We made a bad choice to move away from Carlsbad, but we hope to move back within the year and The Arbors was the best place we found there. ^_^"
