"I viewed this property and knew right away it wasn't a good fit, the garages on most units were way too small and general cleanliness and maintenance of the property was poor at best."
"Most of these garages here cant even fit a standard size toyota sienna, and they wont disclose that important information to you either."

"We love living at Costa Pointe. The manager is always friendly. Last year she did open a sister property in the summer and wasn't available except via text. It's a resident centered community and everyone is nice and friendly."
"Non-existent customer service on-site, good luck if you want to live there. Left multiple voice mails, emails, and showed up onsite 3 times when the office was supposed to be open and no one was there and no one ever called back. Even left note on door in person! Development looks nice, we were interested in renting there, but found that to be literally impossible if you can't ever speak to a human being."
