"I have lived at these apartments for quite some time and have never met such a rude manager. Recently a new management took over, a woman named Kelly. She is incredibly rude, always has an attitude, and very unhelpful. Kelly has absolutely no customer service skills, not a drop. There’s another lady in the office named Betty who to my understanding is not management but works in the office and she’s very kind and helpful. I don’t know why Kelly seems so angry all the time but if you constantly treat people badly maybe customer service isn’t for you. I hope a new manager takes over soon, someone more kind."

"Poor management and they don’t know how to speak to the residents. Talk to us very sarcastic and rude . But respect goes both ways I feel which I see we don’t have ."
"Horrible apartment complex and horrible management. The leasing office is always closed, no matter what. "Out on property", "Out to lunch", "In a meeting". These are their excuses for not doing their job. They don't tell you when they'll be back. Their sign only says "soon" but their soon means never."
