"dont rent here ant flea and black mold problem in my apartment. i was told everything was "house keeping" duties when i filed complaints with management and was told the black mold i was looking at was not black mold."

"Terrible place to live with rude management! We have Mice problem since 3 days ago and we have removed 3 trapped Mice from our kitchen but rude management (Mark) called and yelled and when I was telling him that they need to take care of this issue today he said go find another place and hanged up!!! This is a place you are going to live! Stay away!!! Mice problem is not a jock!!!! I have called multiple times after he hanged up and no one answered and I had to call with another phone to be able to speak with them! I am begging them to fix the issue and now in the reply Management who yelled and hanged up on me is talking about being calm and let them progress?!!! I don’t know how else i can beg you to fix the issue! Update: got another one trapped in kitchen! Still no resolution. We are promised to have pest control come by tomorrow 08/22/2023. We are begging our days with disgusting trapped mice! And received an email from Rising Glen that if we want to put notice they are ok if we pay two months penalty! This place is amazing place to live!!!"

"Rising Glen does not care if your upstairs neighbor’s kids are running back and forth at 6:30am every single morning. The leasing office is absolutely no help and could not care less about the wellbeing and mental health of it’s residents. PS. I Have called your office, you guys are of zero help. I’m forced to start my day at 6:00AM every single day because the upstairs neighbor leaves their phone on the floor and the alarm vibrates my whole ceiling. They leave the alarm on till i result to banging on the ceiling and which by then 10-15 min have already passed and I’m fully awake. Thanks for being the worst location I’ve ever stayed at."

"Our upstairs neighbors have no courtesy for the people living around them and just allow their kids to run around and bang on the floor and it shakes our whole apartment. The leasing office has offered no help and told us "there is nothing they can do" in resolving this issue so we are forced to listen to constant banging for hours at a time for months now. It is normal to hear some noise while living in apartments yes, but not to this extent. When your appliances and windows shake and it forces your pets to hide I think that is excessive and rude. It has become detrimental to my mental health and this is not we want to be paying almost 3k for each month. If you decide to live here, try and get the top floor so you aren't forced to suffer like us."
