"The wife and I moved in recently here in 2021 and have nothing but good things to say about the entire complex.. Friendly staff / maintenance who are always around to help! For being right next to the freeway, it's surprisingly quite thanks to the surrounding areas being 55+ communities.. So far, we'd highly recommend living here!"
"Lived here for about a year and a half and had a great experience! The team here is really nice and helpful. The units are updated and they’re constantly doing work to maintain the complex and keep it clean. Great location, really close to everything. The dog area is a great plus too!"
"We’ve been living here for a year and have had a great experience. The apartments are nice and clean and look recently redone. I feel very safe here and there is a cute senior community next door that is perfect for taking your dog for a walk. The maintenance staff is friendly and is always around. The dog park is basic but is great for every day off leash time and there is a park next to it with a small climbing structure and seesaw. We only have two cars and have never used the pool or laundry rooms so I can’t speak on that. We have a two bedroom and our master bedroom and living room are very spacious, not to mention the price is very low for the overall quality. Overall it’s been a great experience, we will be sad to leave but if we move back to Oceanside, this will be the first place we look into."
"Pros: was the cheapest 2 bed apartment in a 5 mile radius, for what you pay it isnt bad. Great for roommates, fortunate enough to land a unit with drier and washer, great location!!! Right next to 78 on ramps. Cons: small pool, somewhat cheap building qualities, no more than 2 cars per unit or you are stuck with a long walk (the nearby neighborhood is reserved for the residents and tickets are given out regularly for guests parking along the nearby road) All in all,fir the situation my wife and i were in, it wasnt bad."
"**WARNING** I am taking this complex to court for terroizing me and allowing it to happen. With Mario the leasing manager telling me in Tri-City hospital, after my fathers stroke that I am "Safe and The apartment is good till then" and told a Social worker I will not name who works there that as well. I want everyone who ever visits this complex to be aware he will help someone kill you and put you out for $. The complex will back him up and you will live in a car if you are lucky enough to have one."
