"My Happy Place! I love coming home to a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoy the beautiful view of different trees. The tall pine trees are my favorite. The blue sky and sunsets are a beautiful sight to see. I have access to a nice pool area with a jacuzzi. The bbq area is nice with spacious granite tops. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I love this place. Thank you!!!"

"Moved out recently to live with family out of state. I was informed by a current resident that they allowed new resident move in with 3 small children. Also people do not clean up after their pets."
"Poorly lit at night. No security. Not safe.A woman was beaten and slashed there it’s last weekend, and the staff there could not possibly be any less helpful."
"I recently moved in to Raincross and am beyond thrilled with my beautiful apartment. My top priority was a community that was quiet. It is completely quiet, no loud music or voices, I can come home and actually relax! The buildings and grounds are beautiful. Tiffany in the leasing office has been amazing. I’ve asked her dozens of questions and she has answered them all promptly, patiently, and with stellar professionalism. So far, other tenants I’ve chatted with have been very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly community, look no further. I cannot believe my luck finding exactly what I wanted."
