"Poplar Homes is my new property management company and I have to say so far I’m very impressed. I had an issue doing the split rent payment. I called customer service and was connected to Winston Gaudia. He is one of the most attentive reps I’ve ever dealt with. He was so polite and not only did he listen to my issue, he even explained why there was an issue which in my opinion is excellent customer service. It was necessary to have a couple call backs and I was very impressed with how quickly those came. Thanks to Winston my issue was resolved in 1 day! I’m also very pleased to know any time I have a issue, it’s Winston I get to communicate with and not a different rep every time."
