"Sage Canyon has been our home for about 4yrs now. Our experience has been very pleasant and we are very happy living here. Office staff always happy, helpful, and courteous. Tina is always available to help out out with any needs. Maintenance staff very professional and handle any issues super promptly. Mark from maintenance and the others always in the job keeping property clean and pleasant. We appreciate them all and look forward to many more years of living in this beautiful community."
"Personally, Sage Canyon was an amazing place to live at, until 2022, where they decided to tell us to move out because they'd renovate my area. They gave us 30 days to find a new place to live at, then had us leave. We couldn't move into another unit as there were none available, when staff literally told us there were still available homes. Overall, I had a few friends there, and almost everyone in the community was pretty kind and quiet. I'm assuming they just had us leave to raise the prices of the homes, but genuinely, I don't even care anymore"
"For ANGEL: I had a very nice man that works here at Sage Canyon his name is Angel and was very friendly and attentive. He made sure my kitchen and bathroom issues I had were fixed. The next day he came and asked again if everything was working properly I said yes. We need more people like him."

"Angel did a great job checking my heater it started to work right away. He even waited to see if the temperature was going up. He also changed my kitchen light fixture with ease. I appreciated that he was able to come back when I was home. Angel was polite, courteous, and very professional. Job well done!!"
