"I have been living here for 3 years now. They have always been quick to help if you need maintenance and submit the request through their App. Paying rent through their App also makes monthly rental payments a breeze. Alena, their assistant manager is very great at managing the place. She has impeccable management skills and has been a great resource when I have had to call with any questions or concerns."

If you use your card, you get charged soooo much extra. For some of us. We’re struggling. Any extra means a lot. If you don’t use checks expect a visit to the local post office to get thier specific money order. It’s all they accept. Wait in line an hour to pay rent. Hope they consider a different option to paying rent that doesn’t involve high fees and waiting in line forever. Id contact Alena about some options if I was corporate management. She understands the issues. For guests, if you need something taken care of. You’ll likely only get it done with Alena. She’s the only one that really knows anything and she is great at her job."

"My actual rating is 2.5 stars, was debating whether I want to round up or down. There are some positives to this place, the location is great and they are very pet friendly. Also the amenities are good with two pools and a nice gym. But the water shut off three times over he past month, either for most or part of the day. It seems there is an ongoing issue with plumbing and I've heard that's been going on for some time. As for the apartment itself, it's okay but I wouldn't call it luxury living as advertised. Unless decent flooring and a washer and dryer are considered luxury. The closet in the bedroom is a good size. My balcony is missing part of the rain gutter and someone looked at it a while ago but nothing got fixed and my maintenance request was closed. Other maintenance requests have been handled satisfactory though."
