"We toured here about 2 weeks ago. The property manager is extremely lazy. We showed up for an appointment and she made us wait in the lobby until her leasing agent was back from break or wherever she was to show us around. It was obvious she didn't feel like being bothered to get out of her chair. The actual leasing agent was okay, just a little hard to hear her but that was my only complaint. She didnt go above and beyond or anything spectacular to make us want to live here. This apartment is the perfect example of why you should always view in person and not go based on only photos. The apartment was pretty but I could tell it was a cheap/lousy renovation. The stairs to the upper unit were very short so be careful that you don't fall. The gym and pool are small. There was a giant dead cockroach in the storage closet outside. Also, I guess Goodluck if you have a 1st story unit with a patio and a neighboring unit? They can easily hop over and invade your privacy or steal your things. I'm shocked on the reviews being so high vs the service received and the condition of the unit."

"The online features are nice as I was able to quickly make an appointment for a same-day tour. I was 25 minutes early for my 3:45 appointment, so I was not put off by the property manager’s “be back at” sign. She saw me waiting around the door and graciously let me in early. The apartment itself is definitely NOT luxury like the website photos would lead you to believe. Unbelievable that anyone would pay $2600+ for these 2 bedroom units. Here is a list of my pros and cons. Pros Attached one-car garage Location was nice- right by freeways, and bordering MoVal Washer/Dryer in unit Pool and fitness center (though I did not visit in person and now can imagine are not that great.) Cons Kitchen appliances looked amazing online. In person they are subpar. Virtually no counter space. Paint looks like many layers have shoddily been applied. Flickering light No patio privacy and only a 3-foot wall as security. $2600 for less than 900 square feet Parking would be a nightmare as we have two cars. Almost no storage space I don’t mind paying $2600 for a luxury apartment but it needs to actually be luxury."
