"I am a current resident. Not for much longer but still current. This complex will raise rent on you no matter what. Currently they are raising my rent while they have nearly 40 unoccupied units. For $2400 for a 2 bedroom, there are far nicer complexes in the area. They also have by far the worst maintenance staff of any place I have been at. They flooded my apartment twice now by doing plumbing work in the upstairs unit and not bothering to disconnect the water supply prior to beginning work."
"I’ve lived here for 3 years. I really have no complaints, maintenance is awesome, and so is the office staff. The gym, pools, and tennis court make it a really nice place to live. Every apartment complex comes with the same apartment complex that problems like parking but as far as apartments go it’s all good."
