Canyon Crest Views Apartments

"I’m coming on here because I feel like my hands are tied as far as whom I can reach out to. We moved in in September, and have been content. There are a few issues that we choose to keep to ourselves, because they don’t exactly pertain to the property, just neighbors. As far as our experience living in our home, it’s been wonderful….up until now that is. We’ve received several alerts throughout the course of our move-in about possible water shut offs. All stating the same thing - to help prevent major emergency leaks. The last one stating the water would be shut off Jan. 19 between 9-5; specific times unable to be provided. It is now 3:50 am THE NEXT DAY, and we are still without water. I am a SAHM with a 5 year old, and am also 40 weeks pregnant. No matter what I did to prepare for this, the fact that it is now the next morning, and we are still without water, is absolutely ridiculous to me. Last night at 10:30 pm I drove across the street with my 5 year old because he needed to use the restroom, and was obviously unable to use it here. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. As far as I could tell, nothing was wrong with the water in our unit, and I don’t see why this “repair” was even necessary. We have received no explanation as to why this is taking so long other than emails just stating that the process continues to be prolonged. I just don’t see how any property does this to residents when water is clearly such a necessity in the day to day. I hope we are compensated for this in some sort of way because this whole thing has just been extremely inconvenient."
