"I decided based on reviews to move forward with spruce village, i thought it was strange to mention a specific person in the reviews but now i know why, Tasha is AMAZING I have never experienced what "above and beyond" customer service was until I met Tasha. Incredible communication, knowledgeable, and professional yet warm. Whatever they pay her she deserves more! As for the apartment- I took a tour the facilities are clean and maintenance seems to be on site at all times you can see them working continuously on the grounds, there is security patrolling, and after looking under the sinks the plumbing looks great which is a very important sign of quality in my opinion. would recommend especially since its rather quiet area despite it being so close to a college."
