"Awful. Code enforcement is fining this place daily. No smoke alarms, roach and termite infested. Mold everywhere. Rude management."
"I have lived in these apartments for 20+ years. I know how crappy these things are. Do not believe the photos, do not believe the marketing B.S. These apartments are termite infested, riddled with mold, and have faulty wiring in nearly every apartment. The water, which is provided by the apartment complex, is habitually shut off "for maintenance." The water heaters have been off for the past 5 days and managements response, "We apologize for the inconvenience." AC/Heating units are nearly 20 years old in most cases and are undersized for the apartment so you boil in the summer and freeze in the winter. New management came in, slapped a coat of paint on the buildings, planted some pretty flowers, and raised the rent $250 for "improvements." If you have a choice between these apartments and hell, hell is warmer and has better services. Good luck contacting corporate."
