"Really sketchy management at this complex. Evidently has a big waitlist and only moves people up the list if they give management a bribe of several hundred to several thousand dollars. The complex is pretty so it's too bad their management is so corrupt. Have spoken to several residents who have brought up the bribery issue, it is not a single issue case and should be dealt with by ownership."
