"I applied for an Apartment there almost four years ago. To be exact July 28, 1999. Not only I never received any phone calls from them, but every time I called either nobody is available and I have to leave a message they never call me back, or if they answer, they tell me nothing is available yet. (initially, I was told it takes about a year and a half). I even call their Regional Office and spoke to the Regional Manager but no positive results yet. Very frustrated with the results so far. Initially, If I wasn’t told that it will take a year and a half, I would have looked around to find another place to apply there. Now I am stock in here without results. Today is February 5th, 2024. I just got off the phone with their new properties MANAGER, still they don’t have a first floor one bedroom apartment for me. It’s well over four years now !!!!! Mohammad."

HES CALLED BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WONT EVICT HIM!!! HE GOES AFTER WOMEN AND CHILDREN. HE TAKES PICS OF KIDS UNDER 18!?! BUT SOLARI CANT BECAUSE HE HAS A SPECIAL DEAL WITH THE OWNER!! DONT TRUST THIS PROPERTY OR MANAGEMENT!!! THE LAST MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE TEAM ACTUALLY STOLE MONEY FROM SOMEONES APARTMENT !!! SERIOUSLY DONT TRUST CARLOS OR SOLARI EVER!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. THERES NO COMPASSION AND MANAGEMENT STILL REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING IF THERES AN EMERGENCY ON THE PROPERTY!!!??!!! SAVE YOUR FAMILY AND PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!!! ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS!!! WHAT GOES AROUND ALWAYS COMES AROUND. SCREW YOU CARLOS! YOUR THE WORST MANAGER I EVER HAD TO WORK WITH!! PLEASE QUIT YOUR JOB!! YOU SUCK AT IT!!!"

"If I was given the opportunity to move here, I will be more grateful than complaining. Affordable housing is a privilege. We should be grateful our government offers this. We should all learn to be “Grateful” .."

"My parents live here. I give them one star for pricing because they are cheaper due to low income housing. But I guess you get whatbyou pay for. For example, 75% of their common hallway and garage lights have been out for over a year with more going out each day and they do nothing about it. I don't feel my mother is safe walking in dark hallways at night. Also, parking is a nightmare if you are a visitor, basically there is none. You need a visitor pass which needs to be submitted by request ahead of time and are usually taken by residents anyways. So street parking it is. Wait, you need a permit from the next door complex for street parking. Common area grass? There isn't any anymore. They have killed the original grass and have not regrown anything but dirt. If you want to go to the leasing office to talk about it, good luck as they have a "we'll be back" sign 90% of time on their door. I can keep going but my fingers are tired from typing."
