"I’m a new tenant at Orange Grove in the city of Garden Grove and I have to say, it’s such a blessing to count with leasing office team that demonstrates professionalism and the will to make the whole process as easy as possible. I have nothing but great things to say about them! Check out the complex! You will love it!"
"We moved out last October and the apartment was depicted as a one bedroom one bath but was actually a studio divided by a flimsy screen. There was a dishwasher in the blueprints of the apartment but none when we got there either. They also charged us when we left and did not notify us that the deposit did not cover all the fixes. We were sent to collections with no notice! They never sent us a call and the account online that we used to pay rent through was also closed immediately when we left. So we were sure the deposit had covered everything. Mind you I found out about the charge because I ran an account check through TurboTax while finishing my taxes. I called the agency and the credit bureau, luckily, had not been hit with the notice yet. I paid the charge but I am so upset that we were not notified since the office had forwarded our mail to our new apartment. I'm glad we were only there a year!"
"Lived here for over 5 years. This place was bought by Lyons Communities and there has been several property management changes that has bought down the quality over time. The current manager don’t respond or is slow to respond to problems or concerns. They are only in the office every other day and fail to get back to you. They used to prune a large tree in middle of courtyard but its overgrown now and lacks the care it needs. There have been car break ins since I’ve lived here. They’ve changed security twice and they not onsite. So happy I’m leaving this place!"
