"Absolutely love it here! And Naomi is Amazing! (She's the Community Manager). Extremely sweet, responsive, caring... Phenomenal service! The best I've ever had. Superb! Ladera Ranch is so amazing, it's beyond words! Incredibly safe, family oriented -- everyone here is so friendly. If you come, you won't want to leave! Laurel Vista is one of the only apartments here, and it's wonderful here! The town itself is only about 20 years old. These Apartments are only about 17 years old, everything is state of the art. Latest & greatest. There's a walking trail across the street which goes on for miles & miles. And there's another one that runs right along side the Apartments. So you walk out onto the side walk, make a left & two steps later... you're there! It runs all through Ladera Ranch -- it is so beautiful! At certain points you can see the ocean to your right & if you just look to your left -- You'll see the mountains, which are covered in snow during Winter. And sometimes you'll even see deer. It is such a dream living here, everyone who visits is in constant awe -- beholding the beauty that pervades literally every square foot of this town. Maintenance here is Amazing! Every unit gets their own Garage, which has an electric door (opens & closes with remote). If you live on the first floor, your garage has an additional entrance into the unit. Can walk right into your Apartment from the Garage. There are views everywhere in this town. No matter where you're at, just look up & behold beauty. Every unit here has a really nice, modern balcony, they're aligned with these really nice glass windows. You can look out at any moment & see the nature that permeates the land here. Top notch, latest & greatest washer, dryer, dish washer. All the interior is premium quality, modern & stylish. Highly recommended! Simply the best!"

"We LOVE these apartments. We live here with our 2 small children. We are so sad that we cannot renew our lease, but we need to move closer to family. I'm not sure what construction noises the other reviews are talking about, we never had that issue. Always a calm and peaceful experience in the complex. I can attest to a very MINOR issue with the roaches. However, as soon as we put socket covers on all our unused sockets, we didn't have anymore issues. (unfortunately you can't control how other people live. If one apartment has them, you're bound to see a few) The grounds were always beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely friendly. We also love the responsiveness of the maintenance staff. They always address any issue immediately. HIGHLY recommend these apartments. :)"

"Don’t even think about it ! I lived there for 2 years and it was loud for 2 years due to constant construction and on top of that they constantly increase the prices and not update the old equipment- their washing machine destroyed my clothes ! Omg and the rudeness of the staff. There amazing other apartments for better prices .. this ain’t if !"

"Unfortunately I can't give a 0 or negative rating. I'm not sure where to start or end so I'll just leave 1 point. After asking for pest control to come spray and it not doing anything as I watched the guy barely spray anything I end up having to get my own spray to keep cockroaches off of my patio. It was so bad every night that I literally would have 10-12 on my patio every night. Disgusting!!!! Thank goodness for Home Depot and their spray!!!"
