"This is the worst place I have ever lived in. I whish I would have taken seriously the other reviews. We moved in a couple months ago and already have so many issues with our apartment and the the entire complex. There is always weed smoke, dog and urine everywhere. It always dirty and under construction specially around the stairs. This place is falling apart. They painted literally everything to make it look better but the paint it’s chipping now specially from the cabinets and bathtub… People play loud music at night and don’t care about anything. There is no management on site so people do whatever they want. I have seen a police car around multiple times. This place it is no safe either. There is always cars parked outside trying to get in and I have gotten emails of packages being stole at your door. Edit reply to Deana: Although I have been in contact with the office they have not replied to my emails or contact me regarding all the issues. The phone provided to this reply is the regular office phone number which you can only leave a message and nobody answers. Once again management doesn’t care about residents living here. They only want to take your money."

"I would give them 0 stars if I could. Not only do they take advantage of students and their security deposits, there is always something wrong in the apartment. There were times the sink water would turn brown and it constantly smelt. Maintenance were regularly in the apartment because of all the things needing fixing. It wasn't safe either, people would always roam the parking lot. Constant noise. It doesn't help that the management could care less and never answer the phones. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here."
