"After living 12 years in the same apartment, we ask, and we write a letter to the owners asking permission if they allow us to move to a 2 bedroom apartment, after 12 years living in the same apartment the carpet is in really bad condition, the bathroom tile is falling from the shower and the black mold always comes back, and roaches in the building, they already fix the bathroom a couple times, and the black mold, and tiles always fell off. For 12 years we always pay the rent in time and the manager never have a problem with us, so after 12 years went they already have all our information [tax papers from last year, bank statements] they want us to pay another $120 for 3 forms to check our records. We understand that because of the pandemic a lot of people unfortunately they don't have the resources to move to another apartment, but for 12 years we pay the rent in time and i don't think it's fair and more than anything tha black mold and tiles falling from the bathroom The security in the place is not the best"

"There are roaches in the building, my car has been vandalized on the street in front of the building, my neighbors car was stolen from inside the gated parking (which requires a clicker), mine and my neighbors bike was stolen from our enclosed patio, and there are zero security cameras on the premise."

"My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and have found the staff to be quick to help and insure that the living experience is good. We had a water leak and they came out to fix it after we informed them. There was some water damage to the floor and they had someone come out and pull up all the damaged floor boards, and check the floor joist to ensure there was no damage before replacing the plywood and placing new linoleum. It is true that they are sticklers for keeping your patios clean, and they will only allow patio furniture on them, but this is a requirement from the owner. We had roaches come up through the sink once and when i informed them they got me a second sink stopper to plug up the sink until they had a pest control guy come out to put poison around the area needed. They asked me to let them know if they came back and they would fumigate the whole house (which was unnecessary as they never came back). They also hold a family centered function once a month where you can get to know your neighbors and also enjoy an activity. The premises is clean and they paint often to ensure it looks fresh. I also feel secure on the premises."

"I highly recommend that no one should live at the West Covina location. They have a recently new manager named Sandra and she is the worst at her job. She ignores your calls and texts messages and when she does answer she is completely useless when you need help with anything not to mention she is very disrespectful. She must have thought I did not speak Spanish, because I caught her speaking bad about me in Spanish to the maintanace guy. She stopped and looked at me once I said hello how are you in Spanish. We're very clean but there are always roaches coming from sink drains and cracks in the wall. Never once in three year have they fumigated the place. There was a rat problem in the middle of summer and they asked us to keep our doors shut so they wouldn't come inside. At the time we did not have an A/C installed. The building is old so expect the breaker to gonstantly go out if you have more then three things plugged and powered at the same time. At one point they will even accused us of not paying rent for a month like two years ago, like if we hadn't paid e would be evicted would not we have. We had to show proof in order for them to believe we paid. There's much more but I've already wrote what seems like essay. Don't move here go d something better even if it's bit more money."

"I highly don't recommend these apartments. I've seen so much during these couple of months, not only does the manager have favoritism towards other tenants and complains about her policy of keeping our patios clean and not smoking in the premises. But permits other tenants to have an ordeal of things outside their patios and allows other tenants to smoke in there garage well I've got to say she is very unfair. The parking spaces show bikes, strollers and etc items and sometimes alcohol bottles. Some tenants have the tendency to litter everywhere they please. I also see roaches crawling on the walls near windows and the walkways. "I've never seen anyone fumigate this place" however I do want to state that the maintenance guy does a good job and he is courteous with everyone. I truly state this and advise for those who think about renting these apartments, Please be careful! I'm leaving as soon as my lease is over."
