"Did not live here, family members did. The complex always smells like pot. They were told by management it would be taken care of. It only got worse and worse. Very little visitor parking. Rent is so high and not worth it. Avoid this place."

"We lived in Brookside for over 8 yrs, almost 9 yrs until we moved out to NV. Location is in prime location close to fwy and stores. Bldg is bit older but maintenance keep up with all the repairs. Especially Francisco and Mauricio work so hard and they are very nice and quick in fixing things whenever we required anything. Office staff- Mgr Cynthia and staff Maggie and Celia are so very nice with any questions or requests we had. Parking was good, we always had our parking spot-assigned and there are lots of visitor's parking spots. It's tenants who have more than 2, 3, 5 cars per household that they park without any permit that took up most of the parking. Other than that, it was safer, cleaner apartment we lived in for almost 9 yrs. We had many good memories there."

"Overall pretty decent place. The walking paths are outstanding and there is adequate lighting at nighttime. The maintenance guys are super easygoing which is great. Management has been very responsive. One downside is security; my car was broken into twice last year. Nothing was stolen because I don't keep anything of value in it, but it still sucks to see the crowbar damage where they pried it open. The other downside is parking which there isn't really enough of. Cost is about average for the area so overall there is some good and bad. It is a pretty average complex."

"Overall Decent Place To Live but the maintenance is terrible, they take forever to finish projects, for example they are working on the bathroom by the pool (THE ONLY BATHROOM) for almost 7 months now. There Are Barely Enough Parking Spots. The Jacuzzi And The Pool Are rarely cleaned, the ponds for the fish and the turtles are filthy! If You Have Kids And Can’t Swim, there is a gate around the pools but there is an area to go to a Pool Table room and there is a stair case that leads down to the pool and I always see underage kids playing around the pool and it’s a hazard because they can drown. The Area isn’t that safe because the gates that surround the complex they don’t shut all the way, I see plenty of weirdos pass through. When I Used To Live At Brookside they would keep raising the rent which is why I moved out."
