"If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I would NOT recommend anyone staying in these filthy apartment!!! The management company is just as horrible. They allow the tow truck company to freelance the property non stop; ppl break into personal vehicles inside and outside the gated area. It's not worth living here. I had to email their attorney's office because they tried to charge me 2 months for breaking my lease early, but moved someone in 17 days after I left, failed to provide a ledger within 21 days, and claimed I caused damage to their unit without showing me proof of damages. By far, the worst place to live. DON'T DO IT!!"
"I did a tour recently and I must say that the staff there is so nice! Alex and Peggy was so accommodating. I had a brief conversation with Erin and she was able to walk me through my application process because their systems were down. Nonetheless, I’m hoping to live around the beginning of the year. Fingers crossed!"
"Vicino has been the best place to live. Peggy and Erin made the move in process so easy. Jason helped me sign all my paperwork and Keira showed me my new home. The staff is amazingly friendly and on point."
"I used to live here a few months ago and so glad i did. Theres lots of comments saying not to ignore these comments, please listen, we all have your best interest at heart. Let me start off by saying the roaches and waterbugs are embarrassing. Water bugs so huge, i slept downstairs one night and heard one crawling on the floor, yeah, that big. They love to come in especially in the summertime. I think borax sales went up just from this apartment alone. Shiny amenities that arent open/available half the time. I can't say how much money i lost using the dryers, they never dry and you end up having to pay twice just to get them to fully dry. Car entrances constantly broken down. Water and electricity shut off with no warning and no update on when issues will be resolved. One time we went 3 days with no water and had to fill water jugs with pool water just to flush our toilets, everyone was doing it, no joke! It was funny because the pool was padlocked everyday until the day the water was shut off, almost as if they knew and that was their accomadation for us! It's laughable. While we're trying to get answers, surprise surprise the office isn't available. Another great perk they dont tell you about is how you constantly have to be prepared for your car to be broken into, EVEN IN YOUR OWN PARKING SPACE. So much for security. If you live with multiple people with multiple cars, good luck trying to park. You have two choices. One, park across the street in the church where you have to move your car every morning by 7am while being broken into, or you can park down the block near target where your car windows might be busted for the 20 cents in your glove department and having to move your car every tuesday for 6 hours due to street cleaning. If you dont move it after that first hour, be ready to pay $50. I've replaced broken windows from breaking and entering twice, after that, I just decided to start leaving my car open lol, even if im parked in a designated spot, nothing will save you from this sketchy area. Definitely not the police. On top of all of that, they have the nerve to give a tow company a gate key to be able to come in and tow who they please. I've been towed twice. Once for leaving my hazards on while making a quick drop off in visiting parking for 2 hours, and being parked in electric vehicle parking an hour after it was done charging, even though the other charging station was still available. Moral of the story, if you want to constantly hear roaches walking across your floor and walls, have your utilities taken away for days with nothing in return, washers & dryers that never work, car broken into every wednesday, a parking ticket every other tuesday, unlimited non available amentities, this place is for you!"
"First impressions of the property was it was clean, fresh and welcoming. I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Ms Peggy. She help us with our tour. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the property. She made the process very easy in making my decision if i wanted to apply. Everyone seem very friendly in the leasing office. I later applied for a unit. Thank you Ms Peggy for helping me in this process of finding an apartment."
