16208 Cornuta Apartments

"I lived here for approx 10 months and overall it was an enjoyable and safe residence/apt community. No issues with neighbors within the apt complex, now there were some loud neighbors in the complex Next door who periodically would have screaming matches BUT to be expected on this block (the entire street is practically apt complexed). Management kept the grounds clean and maintained, loved the laundry onsite with cashless payment option (hate trying to get quarters!!) the weekends are the busiest time to do laundry but it is accessible 24 hrs day so I would wash very early mornings or late evenings. Never had a serious issue with tenants not tending to their cycles timely. I will say that the apt I rented had mold issues, which mgt did inform during lease signing along w/ helpful tips on how to minimize growth BUT mold is mold and they really should have a better solution rather than leave your windows open…which I did not feel comfortable w/ since there are no security bars on the windows, so didn’t feel secure to me. Also, there was an issue w/ a weird smell in one of the bedrooms, probably underlying serious mold issues. Mgt tried to resolve it by cleaning, repainting, etc but that smell never subsided and ultimately I’m very thankful my residence w/ them was short. Unsure how that would effect someone long term. One parking spot per unit, street parking is terribleeee! And the complex does not offer any “visitor” parking so your guests are SOL. Overall, nice complex minus the mold issues."
