"DON’T RENT HERE !! EVERYTHING IS OUTDATED & BROKEN!! THEY CHARGED HIDDEN FEES. Nothing was mentioned when signing a lease and then charges you once the lease is up. Gates are always broken, and a lot of car break-ins happened here. It is an outdated apartment, and they use cheap paints and will charge you later if their cheap paint is hard to clean off the stain."

"I moved into Cerritos because this is the spot for everything I love. The environment has been peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are nice and don’t really bother you. Appreciate the staff (and shout out to Justin) for making the moving process smooth and easy. I loved that the internet is super fast, which I really needed for work. I’m really glad that I decided to move here."

"Was a quiet place when I moved in. Now it’s noisy and people’s cars are getting broken into. The property management left the gate of secure garage open for they said “in case of power outage” from the so-called storm that did jack and my car was broken into causing $1000 in damage! They said “sorry” but that doesn’t negate the consequences of their actions. No one should live where their car is not safe in a SECURITY GATED parking garage."

"I have been living here for 3 years and never had any problems . maintenance done by Martin and team everything was perfect. Richard N Matt are fabulous people in the office..But last month my car was broken into i had complained this to the team and after 1 month my car was stolen from car port on top ..I want to request to the apartment management we are paying rent of over $2300 Still there is no sort of security no CCTV ..The apartment main gate is always open..Why would anyone stay when something big like a car is stolen and the next night the Gates were open the whole night ..It has broken me from inside and still i dont think there will be any response from the apartment owners..If such a big apartment company cannot provide basic security for personal vehicles then its not a safe place to stay"
