"Not sure what it is with this location but the team is obviously unable to perform the simplest of duties. Like checking the coffee bar every 30 minutes. I get Lattes quite often here and every single time I come in BOTH whip cream dispensers are depleted and you have to wait 15 mins just to find someone and wait for them to replace it. Then your coffee ends up being free. Thanks for all the free coffee! Maybe train your team to actually do the job you lay them to do and you won't lose out on money due to team members failing to perform simple tasks!"

"Today I went to the quick trip across the street from my house and there was a new guy working there. He ended up being from store number 450 and his name is Jon. When I tell you, this guy was so sweet. Know I mean it and there was not a single joke in that sentence. I went there to get a smoothie with my boyfriend and one of the machines didn't have the one I wanted so he offered a coupon to me for a free drink for the inconvenience. He was so sweet and so nice. He didn't even hesitate to come and assist me. He checked to see if the flavor I wanted was even available in the store, Let me know that it wasn't sold there and then explained to me that it was sold at other places, just not that one. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day to explain this to me and help me try a drink rather than leave empty handed. I've only known this man for 5 minutes, but I can guarantee you, he is the nicest man I've met in weeks. Considering the fact that he put in all this effort for a store that's not even his, I think this man deserves a raise. I asked a wonderful lady at the cash register if I could leave him a tip for his kindness and she told me that if I did, he would say no to the tip and just put it into a donation jar they had on the counter. I then asked her if there's anything else I could do. And then she gave me his store number and his name. So i'd also like to think that wonderful lady working the cash register. Unfortunately I did not get her name all I rember is that I believe her hair was red and braided but I could be wrong. Best experience I've had at a kwik trip. The kwik trip in question is the one that was right on the border of Kaukauna and combine locks right next to a roundabout. Please track these two down and give them the praise they deserve."

"I'm starting to lose trust in some of their food items . I do not buy gas @this Kwik Trip as its always higher priced. I do love quick trips. As I became hooked on them on Highway 29 heading to Rock Falls Raceway from Wausau in the '80s. They had good food at good prices along with stopping for gas. Tuesday I stopped here for lunch on my way through as I do a lot because of my construction work schedule. I bought a couple of pork sandwiches and upon eating the first one I bit hard into a piece of pork bone that was of substantial size. I thought maybe I cracked my tooth at first. I'm glad I didn't break my teeth but you knew it was there. That's not the first time this happened at QuikTrip to me two or three other times was with their hamburgers at different locations. I don't know how this happens as their meat is not coarse ground. I sure wish they would fix this problem before I break a tooth. Now I'm kind of leery and thinking l should just go to Mc Donald's though l would rather not."

"Ordered Curb side service. Showed up checked in, gave my vehicle location. Waited an extra 10 minutes past the time it was stated to be ready. Ended up going inside and my food was sitting on a shelf. The food was excellent but the curb side service was nonexistent."
