"I don't even know where to start.... #1 I called to inquire about the junior 1x1 apartment home for $1425. Spoke to Gabby. she said he already had an applicant for it and was waiting for screening and background check to come back. I communicated to her that I was very interested and to please take down my contact information just in case the application ended falling through. Gabby took down my information and said she would follow up if the junior 1x1 became available. Fast forward to about a week after I inquired about the availability of the 1x1... I decided to call the leasing office and a different lady answered the phone. I mentioned to her that Gabby mentioned she would follow up with me if anything changed on the availability of the junior 1x1. The lady transferred me to gabby and she let me know it became available and was up for grabs on the market. #2 I was ecstatic and told Gabby I could head down to Oak Tree in about 15 minutes. I walk into the leasing office and I see Gabby she greets me wearing no mask. 2nd thing she kept answering the phone in front of me. No respect of my time, why make an appointment when you're going to be answering every incoming call that comes in? In one of the calls she answered I overheard her questioning a prospect. She straight up asked "Why are you looking to leave your current place? Are you in good terms with the landlord? Do you have collection or Bankruptcy issues? Have you given your 30 day notice." After the phone calls, I was kind of irritated and Gabby could see that through my facial expressions. She apologized but continued to be unprofessional. When we finally began the tour I communicated to her I had two cars and wanted to know if she could accommodate my 2nd vehicle. She answered there is usually a waitlist but if i leased she could accommodate my 2nd vehicle because she happened to have an extra space that became open. I said "That's great to hear I would be interested in taking the 2nd assigned parking for my 2nd vehicle" Funny thing is after I asked about the accommodation of my 2nd vehicle she felt the need to communicate to me that every person that lives in the apartment has to submit an application. Which I thought was funny since I communicated to her since I first inquired about the 1x1 that it was for myself the apartment. #3 Once we go to the actual apartment she opened the door and stood in the dinning area, no introduction of the product whatsoever. If she was going to be standing there i might as well have just done a self-guided tour. What really triggered me was that I felt rushed the whole time. For that reason, i asked if it was ok to take an in person video. She was hesitant and said "Sure" with an attitude. I didn't know it was wrongful to take a video of an apartment you're interested in. Long story short... after i left i went on yelp and google and there are many bad reviews about gabby and maintenance staff."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is extremely run down with a bad neighborhood and community surrounding it. If you are a college student and wanting to move in close to campus it is not worth it. You can hear everything your neighbors do or say due to the paper thin walls. The roof crumbles if you are living on the bottom floor. The only real renovations in the past 5 years are new windows and that itself took 3 days of the maintenance staff taking long breaks between shifts. The same maintenance staff takes a very long time to do their job and are very obnoxious while doing especially when they start in the mornings which they do a lot. The management doesn't care at all about their tenants and use them for their own well being in their comfortable home outside the poor neighborhood these apartments are located. Also if you contact management about an issue they will simply say "You have to deal with it." Packages are commonly stolen and to receive any deliveries such as Uber Eats, Pizza Delivery, or any front door delivery service you'd have to wait outside the gate waiting for the driver as opposed to your front door. This is an issue due to the amount of homeless and drunk people wandering in the area. The maintenance seems never ending yet nothing seems to change about the apartments or apartment buildings. The trees in the parking lots during Spring/Summer will drop leaves and flowers all over your car creating a sticky mess. DO NOT let the photos of the floral and decor fool you what matters more is YOUR living experience and the cons of living in these apartments heavily outweigh the pros.The paper thin walls allows you to hear footsteps above and conversations from a neighboring apartment, In the quiet of night Ive heard people fighting, crying, and having sexual intercourse. All multiple times within 1 Year of living here. The Olive Tree Apartments are overpriced, filthy, and rundown. This is not a place to raise a family let alone a place to live."

"This is a unsafe and insecure area and management does not try even a bit to make it secured. Management is aware about it and they know people who is doing it. They kicked my family out of the apartment because we had birds in cage, but in reality because we were telling them about the problems. Everything that is outside your apartment door got stolen by people from the street. Thieves steal everything. Neighbors are noisy and ignorant and management do nothing about it. Stay away from this apartments!"

"My car got stolen several times while I used to live here. Not a place to raise a family. The amenities are terrible and the individual units are extremely cramped"
