"I currently live here and do not feel safe. Cars are often speeding within the parking structure and the back parking lots. Also, I often see people walking through the garage gates and the outside doors not being closed all the way. A month ago I got package stolen from right in front of our door (even though I have a parcel setup). I emailed Luce about this stolen package and still no one has reached out to me. Also, the fact that we are unable to change our door code makes me nervous. Essentially, facility can walk in to our apartments anytime they want. Also, there is dog poop all around the vicinity of the apartment, and even poop left in the little dog park. I wish I could feel safer in the home that live in at Luce and I wish is cleaner for us to walk our dog around."
