"I am actually on the web poking around and was surprised to read some of these comments. I would say I have lived here for 7 or so years. The apartments are not new, but they are beautiful. Maintenance and Management provide excellent quality service. The grounds are beautifully maintained."

"I have lived here for almost a year and a half in both a 2 and 1 bedroom apartment. Aside from having heavy footed upstairs neighbors in my last apartment, I honestly have no complaints! Tracy has been nothing short of amazing and gets $h!t done! Maintenance isn't perfect but always responds quickly and even brought my heavy package over to my house when it was delivered to the wrong apartment. I have lived in Huntington for almost 6 years and this place is definitely the best bang for your buck! The inside is large and nicely remodeled, the new dual pane windows are a game changer, it's nice to be in our own coldesac and have less foot traffic around the complex and the neighbors are ALL really laid back and personable! The rec room is a little dated but always very clean and so is the pool! You'll never have to worry about parking when you have company. The laundry room is also clean and both card/ coin operated which is super convenient! Very quiet place and you wakeup to birds chirping daily. Pretty sure I'll be here for a while! ;)"

"I've lived here for about four years and it's great. The office staff is always friendly, it's generally pretty quiet with mostly couple's and families, the maintenance requests are completed quickly, and there's tons of open parking so there's no need for guest passes. That's probably the best part about this place! The only thing I wish they had was a gym. It's not as fancy with all the amenities but if you don't need things like a business office or group yoga classes or anything it's a great place especially for the price and size of the apartment. It's the best apartment I've lived in so far and I've lived in about five."

"As soon as the ownwer passed, bless- his daughter kicks out ALL long lasting honest on time rent payers. She wants high prices for a 40 yr old dated complex. Maintenance is a joke and enters WITHOUT NOTICE! IF U ARE YOUNG thats what they want so that they can keep your deposit and charge you for the repairs that are needed BEFORE you move in. Management changes every 6-12 months current one is not Lindsey that was 6 yrs ago. Beware place is big However anything-ANYTHING gets you "asked " to leave. Look around or atleast protect yourself and get in home camera and keep records of all interactions in person phone or email. EVERYONE HAS TO SUE TO GET $ BACK! GOODLOUCK"
