"I have lived here in Pacific Breeze for about 5 years now. I absolutely love where I live! What is there not to love ?All of my neighbors are awesome. We all look out for each other and everyone here is really friendly! Our units are very clean and kept up. I don’t have any insects in my home and the grounds are well maintained. We have a great manger (Julie) whom has made sure everything I have ever contacted her for, has been taken care of, in a timely manner. She is easy to talk to and also handles random issues if any ever arise (which is next to never). It’s great to have a manager on site! We have a super nice gardener whom I love to talk to, and really nice nice guy that does work around the building. Even the locksmith is cool?! You really can’t go wrong here. In Huntington, you get what you pay for. We have awesome units, good neighbors, and an overall good living experience. If that’s what you are looking for, come live here !"

"Probably the worst place in Huntington Beach to rent. Their units are filled with cockroaches and termites, one tenant even went as far as bagging up all the roaches and leaving them on the managers double unit apartment. Their trash cans are overflowing constantly because management doesn’t even come out of the house. Good luck getting any deposit back from these people, they charge for every nail hole even if they were there before you moved in and want you to pay for their new remodel after you move out that justifies $3400/month in rent for the most basic apartment I’ve ever lived in. Only the manager is allowed to park in front of her garage, otherwise you get nasty notes left on your windshield. If you’re not providing a free service to the manager, good luck getting a hold of her because she only gives out her phone number to the special guys. If you want to live under a slum lord, then look no further, this is the place for you!"
