Let me just say this, it’s a great environment for the children, You feel safe, it’s quiet, it’s close to schools, easy access to the fwy, if there any type of problem in the unit and you report it, it’s handled right away, management staff is friendly, close to shopping, close to Costco, eating in or take out, it’s your all around spot to live it! Love and enjoy living here! Have you ever had your management office deliver pizza to your day just because you are a tenant, have you ever had the management office give you a gift card to say thanks, have you ever had a management office buy your little one a gifts not a gift for Christmas, we’ll heights of signal does abs they have done so much more. "My buddy lives at this property and he had a leak in his unit. He is out of town so I was apt sitting and discovered the leak. I let my buddy know and he called the office and reported it. Carina the office manager sent Daniel and he had the issue fixed within a few hours. I was very impressed with how quick the service was and Daniel was very detailed and professional. It's like nothing even happened."

"These people are blatant liars, they won't tell you why they are denying your application if they don't like some thing about you, they will give you some fake reason to why they "have" to deny you, they stole 100$ off of me, lied on contract which was presented to me as an offer, and they changed requirements mid application. Some woman that is on their reception is just blatant liar, she changes sentences mid way depending on what she was told by her boss or somebody. She should be ashamed of herself as an individual, and upon further review all of The Heights apartment complexes have similar reviews and complaints. STAY AWAY THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY CAN"
