"By far te worst apartment ever due to their lack of professional management. The building it self needs work, 1 broken pipe after another and all they do is patch up work-which leads to more problems. No manager on site because the cheap ass PM dont want to fork out money for it,so they have a prop mgr from another building pop by here n there while she shows face to 2 other buildings. This leaves tenants to do whatever they want,trash everywhere, loudness after 9PM, smoking marijuana in the building. Thank the heavens im no longer at that dump. AVOID CEDAR POINT, COURTYARD, VALENCIA, HAMPTONS ALL IN HAWTHORNE RUN BY THE SCAM COMPANY J.K RESIDENTIAL"
