"This review is for the maintenance staff. I submitted a maintenance request yesterday and they were at my door within 30 mins. They were very friendly and helpful and resolved all of my issues quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves after finishing up repairs, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much!"
"I had requested for maintenance for washing machine that’s been leaking water. Fernando came right away, explained where the water leak comes from, and fixed it within 10 mins. He was very nice and knowledgeable. It’s great to have someone we can trust and count on with maintenance service. Thank you so much Fernando!"
"I am so grateful for being able to occupy the studio that I wanted. It was the last one of its kind. The hospitality from the staff was very welcoming. Feels like we're family already. Communication between the staff and I was always in a timely manner. This location is the center point between my Son's high-school and his Home. I get to be even closer to him so I can be more present in his life. This is why I live in California. Children need guidance... The layout of the complex is almost like staying on a college campus in a way. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore. Washer/dryer in the units is a major plus. I even have a balcony. A new start at life. Next will be a 2BR, so my son Trenton can live with me."
"Leslie and Marleni provided excellent service and were very helpful during the application process. I also like that the staff keeps the facilities clean, well maintained, and have that luxury feel. Fernando, the maintenance guy came to our unit very quickly after I submitted a work order for some electrical issues. He was very helpful, and communicated well about what caused the electrical issue. He also fixed more than what I requested and turned some motion detection off on some of the lights in our unit. Thank you USB staff!"
