"If you're considering moving here, I strongly advise against it. The location, management, and overall quality of these units do not justify the price. Upon moving in, I encountered numerous unresolved issues, including dirty carpets infested with dog hair despite multiple requests for cleaning. Appliances were old and frequently malfunctioned, with maintenance often unable or unwilling to repair them. The air conditioning unit leaked water, damaging furniture, and was never properly fixed. The community suffers from rampant theft, with packages frequently stolen and little effort made to address the issue. I would say about 70% of my packages were stolen, forcing me to redirect deliveries to my workplace. Even a whole set of dining chairs was stolen from my front door. Despite numerous complaints, management failed to implement effective security measures or address the problem adequately. Parking is insecure, with insufficient security measures in place. On multiple occasions, I nearly had my license plate stolen, and random strangers frequently accessed the parking lot without intervention from management. Neighbors were disrespectful, dumping water onto my balcony and creating excessive noise. Thin walls and poorly sealed doors allowed for noise and the smell of smoke from smoking neighbors infiltrated mine. Smoke detectors were frequently malfunctioning, and attempts to address issues with management were often met with indifference or neglect. Communication with the office was difficult and unresponsive. Despite submitting my notice to vacate months in advance, I received no response for several weeks. Even when I had finally reached them and signed all of my move-out papers, I encountered confusion from the office staff on my departure date, resulting in unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Overall, the management was consistently unhelpful and extremely disrespectful. If you are considering moving here, I urge you to please reconsider. It is not worth it."

"My boyfriend and I have now lived at the Meadows for 2 1/2 years and we absolutely love it. It is affordable for us and the atmosphere is everything we could have asked for. Trees, streams and stellar amenities! Because it's an older property our 1+ Den is actually huge and offers so much closet and storage space. You cannot find that for this price anywhere else around here. The absolute best part is the staff. The office is kind and caring and the maintenance is out of this world! Highly recommend!"
