"The doctors themselves are good - however it is impossible to get an appointment, the wait time is long to even get through on the phone (I'm talking around 3-4 attempts, waiting 10-20 minutes each time). This is not good if you have a sick kid."

"Original Review: This is difficult because our family loves Dr. Davis and we think he's a very good pediatrician. At the same time, the experience of dealing with their billing department has been very painful. They make frequent mistakes, which have taken over six months (and counting) to fix and it is hard to deal with them. We've also had them cancel an appointment (after we showed up) without apology, which is particularly frustrating because they charged a fee when we missed an appointment. It takes up a lot of my time and they are unapologetic. In short, there's a big dissonance between our experience with the Doctor, and with everything else around the practice. Edited Review: I've amended the review upwards because Dr. Davis resolved the latest issue and has made an effort which is appreciated by our family. We continue to enjoy the care we receive from Dr. Davis and are hoping that the experience with the administrative departments improves."

"We have been seeing the doctors at SF Bay Pediatrics since the day my oldest was born over 17 years ago. So many of the same doctors and nurses are still with the practice. We are so lucky to have found this amazing team of doctors and staff. They are nurturing, thoughtful and get us in when the kids are sick. All 3 of our children have had a wonderful experience over the years. I cant say enough positive things about the whole practice."
