"Overall, this building has had it's share of good n bad management. Like anywhere else. Currently the building manager has handled it well. On the other hand, some tenants could use some tips on their own personal housekeeping. One detail that has actually frustrated and impacted my family, is the inconsistent hikes in rent. Moved in 2012 at 1,175 for my unit and now I am nearly paying double the amount. What happened? It's been 12 years, but does it warrant such a hike for one unit?"

"Westland apartment has the worst staff ever particularly the apartment manager at westland@eucalyptus. The apartment manager picks on people and she has her “friends” in the building. She constantly spies on tenants and is very inconsiderate. The apartment building does not have extra parking for guests so when guest drive in for a few seconds to pick up items from residents, she yells and is very rude to them. The apartment is also overpriced for a very old building and they increase rent always. They also put lower rent prices online and when you move in, they increase the rent immediately. They also lie that the parking is 2 spaces to a tenant which is only one. They deserve no stars Do not rent from there."

Set an appointment with Silvia over the phone to see the place on the next day with Marisol. when I got there on time and date scheduled I called Marisol who told me she wouldn’t be able to show the place. I lost my time driving there. Think twice before drive there even with an appointment."
