"The unit is okay, I did have an issue with the door and had to ask for it to be fixed after when I was showed the unit they said they’d fix it but it took me reaching out again for it to get fixed and I also never got my spare key back. Also, the price increases. I’ve had my unit a year and they’ve increased my price twice, a 33% increase in less than a year. That’s horrible. I would recommend people look elsewhere."
"No issues with any site managers, but after 3-4 months of renting, my unit's rental cost went up by 24% without notice. I only noticed it when I viewed my invoice. They also offer to "recycle" your cylinder lock and keys but give you nothing for them. Just something for them to get free and resale to make money. Again, staff I dealt with were fine, but not a company I want to do business with again."

Phillip did an amazing job of walking me to where my unit was and explained everything in great detail which was very helpful! I recommend going with this company if you need a storage unit!"

The price was also better than other places that I looked online. Most importantly, though, the people were very friendly and helpful. I called a different place earlier, and nobody ever got back to me. What a difference!"
