"The manager Kim is so unprofessional! Only got half of my security deposit back! I called her and she was being rude. She was laughing and said “That’s what you’re getting back” she might not like Latinos because she would always be rude to us"

"Quiet and clean. We have a 2-bedroom apartment and given two parking spots but since they're not assigned, other residents, even from other parts of the community tend to park in the spot(s) we've been parking in when we're not in it. We might as well just been given one, to this point and the spot that we can't actually use discounted from our rent."

"Called at different times 3 days in a row & sent emails trying to get in touch with someone regarding their rentals. Never heard back at all. Extremely unprofessional, if someone can’t even get information on the rentals why should anyone trust these people at all?"

"I lived here for about two and a half years in a down stairs two bed apartment. I got to see both old and new management here. The old managers were pretty good, fair and stern but polite. Then about 2 years ago (roughly) the landlords upped rent, brought in new management, and cancelled the security company that came on nightly patrol. The difference in quality of living was night and day. Overall, considering all that, I can't recommend. If you can find somewhere else, take it. Pros: The apartments are nice and modern, decent location. Good neighbors and pet friendly premises. Good price when we first rented. Maintenance is friendly and prompt Cons: Management lacking basic customer service skills, feels like they expect fights with every interaction. Took advantage of my moving out of state to rip off my deposit. Had several issues with car break ins and theft after they cancelled security. Increasing rent yearly. Some people don't pick up doggie doo, gets gross."

"Just landed a great 2 bedroom at alder creek. Traci, the property manager was awesome and really took great care of me. I strongly recommend Alder Creek! Traci was there to guide me along the way and answer all of my questions not only about the complex but about Paso Robles as well. Super job Traci! Brian"
