"Their posted hours are that they open at 10am. 12/26 - we show up at 10am to get a specific hat, tell them we have a 3.5 hour drive home - and they inform us they don’t open till 11am. We only wanted a single hat….. and she just said yeah sorry, don’t open till 11. Update your hours please! Getting hat elsewhere."

"I have a 9 year old daughter and a brand new wife. They both were able to get satisfied in the store with their accessory needs. Pretty well stocked, but they have those fake sales like most other stores. It is what it is, the only downside is the staff is always looking for their next break or time to leave if you know what I mean."
"I never write reviews so this is rare. I placed a buy online pick up in store order over a week ago. When I placed the order it said said it would be ready for pick up in two hours. It’s now been a week and I still haven’t gotten the email telling me it’s ready for pick up. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times so I can ask if my order is ready and no one picks up the phone. Very annoyed."
