"This is where my brother lives at and is right by the pool and they have things for kids to do nice park for mobile homes it's off the Bernal and Monterey. Is Affordable to live there and there is a lot of nice homes in there. You can buy your own home and put it on their lot and pays a lot price is your rent."

"The fact that there is no parking available during holidays AND they tow/ticket your car if you park on the side streets is insanity. We've been scolded by security ON THANKSGIVING and Christmas about parking on the owner's lawn with permission because there was nowhere to park. I hope management sees this because there is virtually nowhere to accommodate large amounts of parking during holidays and everybody is coming from out of town. Also, the park is being overridden with a cat problem and management told the owners that if they want the cats gone, they would have to pay for the removal of it and they would not foot the bill. The rules are overall too strict and makes small things like visiting family highly inconvenient. Would not recommend living here if you have a big family coming in from out of town."

"I just took a drive through there so I can see how things are now. I grew up there and I have many wonderful memories. From what I can see now, the place looks amazing. Whoever the management is now, they are doing a great job at keeping the property up and I didn't see any BS trash or graffiti. It's a great place to raise a family."
