"I have lived at the complex for almost 2 years. The Community Manager, Tammy, is fantastic, and the Maintenance Supervisor, Gil, is great. Both are very prompt at answering questions. It's a quiet and safe apartment complex with a trail right behind the complex for you to walk to the ocean. The only thing I would say to be aware of, which isn't about the complex itself but about the area, is that whenever there is a storm, there is a very high chance you will lose power. It could be for a few hours or a few days. Thus, I would recommend the management for the Crest Apartments to invest in having a generator for the complex since this happens quite often, instead of residents having to be forced to relocate until the power is back."

"I have lived in several apartment complexes in California and have had multiple landlords in the past. This is by far the best one I have lived at. The Community Manager Tammy is just fantastic and the Maintenance guy is superb. It's a gorgeous, neat, friendly, quiet, and safe apartment complex about 4 minutes from the ocean. I would highly recommend living here to any of my close family or friends."

"Of all the places that I have stated in the last few years, this would have to be the best. Tammy (housing office) is great to work with and very responsive to phone calls. I initially looked up this and two other properties and what made me choose this one was the service that I received. I was moving into the area from overseas and she was up all hours of the night to help me get the paperwork submitted and approve that way when I did arrive, an apartment was one less thing I had to worry about. The maintenance crew here is also great to work with. Jeremy (runs the Maintenance shop). Is quick to respond day or night. If you have an opportunity to check it out I would highly recommend getting in contact with Tammy ASAP."

"Tammy is the manager, and she goes the extra mile. She helped me throughout the process of applying and moving in. Although we had never met, Tammy treated me as if I was a member of her family. On move-in day, I met Jeremy, the maintenance supervisor. Jeremy did a walk-through with me and offered to help in any way. Jeremy responds to any call in minutes, and he is highly knowledgeable about just about everything. If he doesn't have an answer to something, he knows where to get it. The thing that impressed me the most about Tammy and Jeremy is the way they have treated me. It feels like family here. I love it."

"The maintenance team is great here! Jeremy responds to jobs within minutes of them being created in the resident portal, pretty much any time of day, even on the weekends. Guy tackles jobs with literally no delay. Super friendly and efficient! Also, Tammy the property manager is super responsive and very kind! She’s a joy to work with."
