"We love living here and have had excellent service. Newer building in safe neighborhood. The management has been quick to respond, apartments are really lovely and well appointed. No complaints here. We enjoy the workout room and pool. Parking is absolutely fine."
"Diamond Creek is great! Super quiet area with a nice walking trail nearby. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, vet office, nail salons, bowling alley, bar, movie theater, etc. Leasing office does a great job with handling maintenance requests. Apartments are furnished with modern amenities, and nice big bath tubs. Very family friendly community. Great for commuters too! Plenty of parking for visitors. Contrary to earlier reviews, I have never had a problem with parking, for visitors or otherwise."
"Terrible unethical management!! They towed my vehicle claiming they thought it was abandoned and didn't belong to anyone living on site. I produced emails showing that I had registered my vehicle with them. Upon seeing this proof, they changed the reason they towed my vehicle. Now, stating it was sitting for more than 72 hours straight (in a pandemic) and that violates the lease. I explained the nature of my work and that I travel and they even suggested I provide my work schedule to prevent being towed in the future. Because I was out of town with no way to get my car, it ended up being very expensive!! They will provide no relief whatsoever."
"DONT DO IT!!!! We lived here for 2 years it was great while under previous management with Denise in the leasing office. Once the new office staff took over they were cold and not helpful. Upon moving out they will charge you for repainting the place, never has this been the case. Also they will charge you a cleaning fee even though I had the place professionally cleaned right before move out, which they stated they wouldn't. They have also changed leasing companies now from FPI to OneRent and I cannot speak to someone directly. This is the most frustrating thing ever! Save yourself the headache and move somewhere else."
