"Great place to live! Nice, friendly tenants, beautiful apartment inside and out. Management is responsive. Clean, quiet and safe. Pool, workout room and clubhouse available to residents. There are no issues with parking."

"I have lived here for a little over three years and my only real complaint is we have had different managements.. however I do feel each one has done their best to accommodate us if we have any questions or concerns. It is a decent sized apartment and two balconies with washer and dryers in the unit, which is something hard to find at the price we pay for in this economy. Weekly cleaners come and clean the apartment complex so the hallways are always clean, the gym is clean and the pool is always clean as well. Proper notice is given before inspection and if needed they reschedule. There was one where a fire alarm inspection was due but it was on my scheduled c-section date and I asked to reschedule, no hassle and they gave me a lot of time as they were aware I just had a baby at the time. I’m always nervous maybe we are too loud or my toddler is but when we speak to the neighbors they say they don’t hear us. And we don’t hear them, so it’s a lot of privacy for us. Overall great apartment."

"Currently, Diamond Creek Apartment is under management of two different companies. I had the experience with one of them named Income Property Specialist for building A. The most terrible experience I’ve ever had in my whole life! I’ve been renting apartments for ever and never had such a bad experience that I had with this apartment management company. We recently moved out from that apartment and was expecting to receive our deposit in a check. Instead they charged us! This happened in a situation that before moving, we had a meeting with the apartment manager and she confirmed that the apartment is in an excellent condition. This is to me nothing but stealing. Plus, I have to mention the whole reason we decided to move from that apartment is the weak management. We were communication with them for more that 10 months in regard to several issues that we were experiencing and they were supposed to fixed. Obviously they never fixed and we ended up moving to anotare apartment. DO NOT MAKE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG NERVE AND DO NOT MIND GET ROBBED!"

"I know most reviews are about vehicle towing but the whole property is mismanaged. Note there were multiple property owners depending if you were an owner, renter or apartment or townhouse - Meaning no one was aligned. That said the worst was the company Mynd. I’ve spent countless hours disputing issues and begging for resolutions so I’m keeping the review short and just recommending that you don’t rent (as a renter or rentee) here. If you do, please take pictures before, during and after your lease and keep copies of all communications. They lied about resolutions to the BBB, and cost us time & money. Quick summary of some issues to give you an idea: they didn’t have keys or know where the mailboxes and trash collection was, bird droppings everywhere (screens, balconies - buckets worth and health hazard) and refusal to address issue because it’s outside, 2 weeks no hot water, no refrigerator upon move in for a few days, told to unplug security system because they didn’t know the code. Anyway, that’s a few :/ we moved away and I’m still dealing with that and more issues."

"I would not rent here again. We have been here nearly two years. The new management company towed my fiance's vehicle without telling us while she was out of town. When she called they said they thought it was abandoned. When we showed them the email where we claimed it, they changed their story and said the lease says vehicles have to be moved every 72 hours. Worse, the towing fees came to 1100 dollars because we were out of town and didn't know because of the lack of notice. There has been a number of other issues: the air conditioner dumps water into the hall bathtub when it's on, and it's taken over a week to have them look at our dishwasher. Other issues as well such as trash being left full, pet bags being empty at the posts etc. Management is terrible."
