"I have been living in this beautiful community for seven years. I have seen many changes to the management, but the team that is managing now is awesome and fast to respond. Anytime I have requested a work order, they quickly take action to fix it. The only weak part is security for our vehicles. So, a couple of weeks ago, two cars' tires were stolen. If the management tries to find a way to solve this problem, for sure, this is the best place to live. Thanks again to all team members for your hard work!"
"This place is so dirty! Just 5 years ago, it was very nice and well kept. Now, it is torn up! Obviously, by poor management and the residents. The trash everywhere is ridiculous! There's broken down and wrecked vehicles that have been there for years. I've seen drug deals done by teens, one in particular."
"Very helpful changing the batteries in my smoke detectors. He even replaced a detector entirely when he found it may be defective."
"For the most part the complex is well kept by maintenance. The office staff is professional and knowledgeable. The complex is a quiet community."
