"The management is horrible especially Erica not sure why they keep her on that place she doesn’t know how to threat people she is mean unprofessional rude and not kind. I have been in the apartment when the management is good they work with resident but this people they just treating you like you leave for free I think it’s because subsidies housing they trying to take advantage of that and treat people so rudely Over all I won’t recommend anyone here the place is not good for parking if you have a guest forget it it’s not possible the building and the tow company work together the manager might get commission when the tow company to take your car no mercy. That is why they love to two the car I wish they switch to different management I am wondering who is on top of Erica, she has no manner how you can complain about her ?"

"I’ve been here for 12 years. I used to like it a lot. The tenants are nice. Never had a problem with them. The landscaping is well manicured. The management is nice. However, the rest of the staff is horrible. The cleaning lady doesn’t maintain the property well. There is always pee and garbage in the stairwell. I guess that’s the tenants’ fault but she’s supposed to clean it and doesn’t. The previous lady used to clean everything, but this new lady is lazy. The maintenance man seems miserable. He’s sloppy and cuts corners. He fixed my washer and dryer and left oily hand prints everywhere and left water all over my floor and didn’t clean it up. He painted the hallway and left drips of paint all over the floor. He didn’t even finish the ceiling, it’s partially painted, and it’s been almost a year since he started. When I complain about him, nothing happens. The management and staff rotate different apartment buildings every 3-5 years and the management gets to keep their staff so management is all buddy-buddy with this sloppy guy and won’t get rid of him. People from other apartments and condos park in our guest parking so you can never have visitors unless they park at the light rail station a half mile away."

"This is an awful place to live. The residence are nice. But the office staff lowball of professionalism is terrible. They will hold your packages for one week and then claim to send them back to the sender. But the sender doesn't receive. They told my daughter they can't check to see if there are packages. They kept me on hold over 20th before they would check. When talking to them they talk over you and at you instead of with you. I've lived here 12 years with at least 5 different manager teams. This team is the only team that made me feel like I don't belong here. When I mentioned that all of the other apartment complex inform tenants of packages, many bring the package to you. They said I could move. I now plan on it. If you can avoid living here, maybe you should."

"i have been living here for more than three years. Have never had a problem with anyone, neighbors are really nice and friendly, maintenance will get work done within days so thats a plus, The bad thing like everyone else is the parking. Never any parking, its horrible"
