Cannery Park Apartments by Windsor

"We have been residents for over 3 years now but back in December we reported a pest problem (rats were found in our balcony and the premises of the complex), we repeatedly contacted the leasing office to get this resolved and every time we went they told us they were going to send someone to take care of the issue, we are now in march and the issue hasn't been resolved, a week ago my car malfunction, and the answer we got from the mechanic is that a A RAT ATE THE CABLES of the car's motor, fixing it costs more than the car itself. The water repeatedly shuts down, sometimes the complex smells super funky in some areas inside of the corridors. Certain things within the apartment break down often (the drawers, the shower handle, the lights) I don't know honestly this whole situation was really sad and disappointing."

"Great location. Great staff as well. Every person in the leasing office is very helpful and it’s great whenever they do a resident event at the clubhouse. Maintenance service has been good too, whenever I did need help with something at my spot. They were also nice enough to jump start my car when my battery died."

"This place has deteriorated over the past two years and there are brand new apartments across the street that are much nicer. Here’s a list of things wrong with this apartment and management’s response is literally “it’s out of our hands, it’s the vendor, or so sorry but I can’t do anything. Elevators are not working at all due to someone tampering with them. How unsafe and scary is that? Management says they can’t legally install cameras. Cool. When someone dies in one from it being tampered with that will be awesome! Water is constantly shut off for emergencies with no warning or notice. Garage entrance broken for almost six months. Scary people who were dealing drugs and stealing and took almost a year to evict. Lots of thefts. Package and food delivery are a nightmare. Parking is often full. Constant rent raises with zero improvement to facilities. Gym equipment old and often broken. I live here for two reasons, location and I hate moving. Everything else kind of sucks."

The application process went very smooth as well as the move in process. Tyna at the leasing office is very friendly and caring. And the tech Corey is very quick and professional to respond to our maintenance request. We love it :)"
