"It's a very good place to live from my point of view. The rent is affordable for low income people. We live in a three bedroom apartment and it's only 18,000 a month compare to other three bedroom apartments in San Jose. They insect every now and then and it's understandable if you have to pay for damages that you have made because when we moved in everything was good. The noise is level comes from those who has kids, which we can understand because kids may be noisy at times especially during this pandemic where they are stuck at home. Over all I like living here and I'm thankful that my family and I are blessed with a place like this."
