"This complex has multiple pests and insects from mice, cockroaches, flying cockroaches, large flying bugs, ants, and various other insects unidentifiable. They would constantly invade the apartment and property management did nothing to mediate the situation even though we put in multiple ticket requests. Yet, they have the audacity to charge us every month for pest control. There are burglars and car break-ins weekly. My roommate and I pay for a parking garage and a parking spot, and our cars constantly got broken into. Property management is too cheap to hire security and make the renters feel safe. The property management posts the utility statements 3 months behind, and when you move out, they will charge you a late fee for not paying the full statement even though it is incorrect and 3 months behind.. So they wanted me to pay a full month's rent even though it was suppose to be updated to be prorated. I would have been in debt to them and I doubt they would have paid me back. They also charged me a service fee for an additional month past my move out date which doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The vibe I got from this place is a money grab. DO NOT rent here."

"If you enjoy piles of hot garbage sitting in the sun by the pool, late night pool parties far past reasonable capacity, dog breed violations, and homeless people smoking cigarettes in the dumpster area, then you should move to Terra House! Honorable mentions as well to the shattered glass door adjacent to the pool which has been there the entire duration of my lease, the non existent security (they say someone comes and drives through and does patrol...but I still see homeless vagrants, massive loud pool parties at night way past pool clousure, etc), the non working AC units in the gym, the constant violations of dog breed restrictions outlined in the legal lease paperwork, the checked-out staff members in the office and management, etc etc The maintenence staff is actually great though. They come fast and do a great job, and they're really nice and friendly. I also have not experienced any serious crime or seen the place flooded with cops or anything like that. But it's a terrible complex because the management clearly and obviously does not care about anything going on here. I have tons of pictures of garbage and broken stuff all over this place, here's one of the common garbage piles by the pool. Really makes you wanna take your kids for a swim, right? Lovely."

"Not highly recommended. The appliances are old and needs updating. When I moved in they didn’t clean the place well. Shower door was covered with thick mildew and lime. When I asked if they can change doors, they said to call maintenance. The maintenance came in and took the bottom part out and said he’ll be back and never did. I waited for 5 days and I had to put it back myself. The screens don’t fit well so there’s big openings where bugs can get through. There is never any parking for visitors because it’s being used as a secondary parking spot for renters. The key they gave me doesn’t work on common area rooms like the gym or the pool doors. The rent is ridiculously high for this kind of place."
