"Great place to rent"
"The inside of the complex itself is pretty much hidden from the ghetto neighborhood, so it's nice and calm. Pool is new, new owners, and the apartment is getting upgraded one by one. The neighborhood is ghetto like I said, and that means shady people are at the park all night. They don't really bother you if you stay away from them. Cops have been coming around more and more to clear them out, so that's good."
"Nice community, but my apartment was completely infested with cockroaches and had such rusty pipes that our water was mucky. It took the management 3 months to even fix the issue and I have evidence from all 3 months.. just terrible. We had asked to speak with the owner about the issue and the manager Rosemarie said she had forwarded our information and the online just never ever contacted us. Then a few months later, the owner (who we had still yet to hear from) complained about stuff on our balcony when we were getting ready to move out. Loved the neighbors, cute kids, but terrible management. Looks nice but in all honesty the whole building needs to be gutted."
