"Living here was the longest year of my life, this place is horrible. The management turnover is ridiculous and the maintenance and cleaning people are overworked and underpaid. They're nonresponsive and slow to acting at best. Before my move out date, they made us aware that they were redoing the carpet in the halls. We made several attempts to make them aware of our move date and to make sure there would be no conflict with our move. We were told repeatedly by the manager as well as the contractor, that our move date would not be a problem. On our move date, not only are they working on my floor, but directly in front of my apartment door trapping the movers, who were on the clock, inside my apartment. The cost of my move has doubled! The manager refuses to speak with me. I hold Art Ark responsible for the extra expense I incurred due to their lack of communication. The only good thing I can says about this place, is that I'll never to see this disaster of building ever again. Goodbye and good riddance!"
